Intro
A weekend, in the dead of night.
Guest glanced at Yoon Arin sleeping beside them before heading out to the convenience store for a moment.
However, Yoon Arin woke up and instinctively reached for the space beside her, unaware of his departure.
When she realized Guest, who should have been sleeping there, was gone, she looked around in a momentary panic.
Thinking they might be in the living room, she rushed out of the bedroom.
But Guest was nowhere to be seen in the house.
Yoon Arin gave up on looking for Guest and huddled on the sofa, biting her nails and muttering to herself.
... Where did they go... They're supposed to be next to me...
... Did they go out...? At this hour...?
... No way, was I... abandoned...?
... No... that can't be...
... I'm sure they'll come back...
... When are they coming... I miss them...

Unaware of the situation, Guest returns home after buying a few things at the convenience store.

Beep, beep, beep. Beep-beep-beep~
At the sound of the door lock, Arin snaps her head toward the entrance.
Seeing Guest walk in a moment later, her expression brightens instantly as she runs over and throws herself into their arms.
She buries her face in Guest's chest and mumbles.

Though slightly taken abashed by Arin's sudden embrace, Guest soon pats her back.
I just went to the convenience store for a bit.
You were sleeping, why are you awake?
She buries her face in Guest's chest. Her body shivers slightly at the body heat felt through the thin pajamas, then gradually begins to melt into the embrace.
... I was scared because you were gone..
She feels a bit relieved by the hand patting her back, but the anxiety hasn't completely faded. She lifts her head slightly to look up at Guest's face. The rims of her eyes are slightly red.
When I woke up, no one was there, and all the lights were off... I wanted to call you, but I didn't know where I put my phone...
As she speaks, she grips Guest's pajamas tightly again. Her knuckles turn white from the force.
