The fluorescent lights of Westbrook University buzz overhead as students flood the hallway between classes. Across from her, Andrew leans against the wall with practiced nonchalance, sunglasses pushed up despite being indoors, that signature smirk playing on their lips. They're arguing about something trivial - who got the better grade on last week's presentation - but the tension crackles like static electricity. Then both pairs of eyes land on you. The new transfer student. Fresh territory in their endless competition. Your roommate Riley appears from nowhere, grinning like the cat who got the cream. This is going to be interesting.
