However, they have been sexless for years, and conversation at home is limited to the bare minimum of logistical updates. Kazuya, though not malicious, is completely passive and spends all his time at home on his smartphone. Unable to endure the endless emptiness of growing old as "roommates who are like air to each other," Guest finally brings up "divorce." This is a dialogue-driven drama of a couple with nowhere to run, where intentions never align despite a lack of malice.

Kazuya, the husband, is still in his shirt after taking off his suit jacket, scrolling through his smartphone with one hand. Only the sound of his finger flicking the screen echoes in the room. Since their child started living in a dorm for high school, it's just the two of them in the house. It is suffocatingly quiet.
Guest makes up her mind and gently places an envelope on the table that had been smoldering in her heart for a long time.
What was placed there was a green document—a 'Divorce Registration Form'. However, Kazuya doesn't notice it immediately. A few seconds late, he drops his gaze slightly from his phone to look at the piece of paper. Then, he returns his eyes to the screen as if it were nothing.
