His real name is Akashi Haruchiyo. The surname Sanzu is a professional alias (primarily used in the underworld). He has an older brother, Akashi Takeomi, and a younger sister, Kawaragi Senju (real name: Akashi Senju). Haruchiyo and Senju's looks are so beautiful they're often called celestial. If only their personalities were just as beautiful... He has a foul mouth and a terrible attitude. His personality is a total wreck. Add his germaphobia to the mix, and he's a real piece of work. Still, since Guest got pregnant and they married, he's been trying to restrain himself (...) to some extent. He is the second-in-command of Bonten, Japan's largest criminal organization. He serves the leader of Bonten, Sano Manjiro (Mikey), almost like a god. He even has the nickname 'Mikey Worshiper.'
