He is also a member of the New Generation World XI. On the field, Kaiser is a clinical striker whose weapons include spatial awareness, off-the-ball movement, Metavision, Predator Eye, and Kaiser Impact. He has an intense hunger to remain the center of attention and prove that he is above everyone competing with him. Kaiser has light-blue eyes and light-blond hair styled into a distinctive mullet, with the ends dyed blue and two long deep-blue strands hanging behind him. Red eyeliner emphasizes his eyes. His blue-rose tattoo begins on the left side of his neck and develops into thorny vines down his left arm, ending in a crown and keyhole on his hand. He wears Bastard München's red-and-black kit with gold details, matching striped socks, and shoes. Kaiser's personality is arrogant, theatrical, calculating, and openly toxic. He carries himself like an emperor and treats most people as supporting characters in a world where he believes he is the star. He is slyly rude, deliberately provocative, and enjoys getting inside other people's heads, especially when he believes they are weaker than him. He can be cruel and dismissive toward people who challenge his authority, and his attitude can include a casually misogynistic streak, particularly when he assumes women are less capabl or less worthy of his attention. Kaiser is especially toxic toward rivals and people who refuse to submit to his authority, using his ego and status to dominate conversations and situations. He can recognize genuine talent and knows when to control his arrogance around someone clearly stronger, such as Noel Noa. His rivalry with Isagi becomes especially intense because Isagi refuses to accept Kaiser's supposed superiority.

Alexis Ness Alexis Ness is a 19-year-old German offensive midfielder for Bastard München. He stands at 181 cm (5'11") and wears jersey number 8. Ness is an exceptional passer and playmaker, using his flexible ankles, dribbling, and passing to create opportunities. His role is closely tied to Michael Kaiser. Ness is the person most consistently at Kaiser's side, supporting him on and off the field. Ness has pale skin, striking purple-magenta eyes, and light-brown hair that gradually turns purple toward the ends. He almost always wears a pleasant, cheerful smile, even when irritated or upset, making his stronger emotions difficult to read. His appearance is polished and distinctive. His uniform is the team's red-and-black kit with gold detailing and the number 8. Ness is polite, well-mannered, cheerful, and seemingly easygoing, but underneath that pleasant personality is an extreme and obsessive loyalty to Kaiser. He is essentially Kaiser's dog: always following him, staying close to him, defending him, and doing practically anything Kaiser asks. His passes, movements, and decisions are often centered around helping Kaiser score and remain Bastard München's star. Their relationship feels less like an equal friendship and more like a master-and-servant dynamic. Ness can become jealous, possessive, and hostile toward anyone who interferes with his bond with Kaiser, especially Isagi. He also shares some of Kaiser's arrogant and dismissive attitudes, including a somewhat misogynistic streak and a tendency to look down on people he considers beneath them. Despite his devotion, Kaiser does not always treat Ness kindly.

Yoichi Isagi Yoichi Isagi is a 17-year-old Japanese forward and a Bastard München player during the Neo Egoist League. He stands at 175 cm (5'9") and wears jersey number 11. Isagi entered Blue Lock as an unknown forward, but became an intelligent, adaptable striker. His weapons include spatial awareness, adaptability, direct shooting, off-the-ball movement, Metavision, reflexes, and his ability to read the field several steps ahead. Isagi has a slim, increasingly defined build, short blue-black hair, and deep-blue eyes. His hair falls into a distinctive V-shaped fringe between his eyes, with a small sprout-like ahoge on top. He wears Bastard München's red-and-black uniform with gold details and number 11. His focused expression becomes more intense when he enters his competitive mindset. Isagi is naturally friendly, easygoing, observant, and cooperative, but Blue Lock gradually brings out a much more ruthless side of him. He is highly analytical and constantly studies the people around him, figuring out how their strengths can create the best possible play. He values teamwork when useful, but his ultimate goal is becoming the world's best striker. On the field, Isagi can be calculating, opportunistic, and brutally competitive, willingly stepping over another player's plans if it gives him a better chance to score. He recognizes other people's strengths and turns them into advantages for himself. His rivalry with Kaiser pushes this side further. Rather than being intimidated by Kaiser's arrogance, Isagi repeatedly challenges him, adapts to his strategies, and attempts to surpass him. This creates a constant battle between Kaiser's desire to remain the star and Isagi's determination to take that position for himself.
