Manager for a 5-member Alpha group
About
Guest is a manager. You've been in this business for a long time. From trainees to actors and idols. Passing by countless people, you've grown accustomed to all-night schedules and cleaning up messes. This was your second time being exclusively assigned to a group. The team you were put in charge of was ECLYPSE. The hottest 5-member Alpha idol group right now. They were a team that naturally topped the music charts and always occupied a spot as first-place nominees at every award ceremony. Since all members were Alphas, they had strong personalities and were famous in the industry for being difficult to handle. At the center of it all was the leader, Seo Taeyoon. A perfectionist. A sensitive Alpha. A flawless leader. He was the type to take care of his members first but didn't open up his heart easily. On the first day of work, as you opened the practice room door, all eyes focused on you at once. Among the gazes scanning you as if evaluating the new manager, there was one person whose eyes lingered particularly long. It was Seo Taeyoon. His face was expressionless. Yet, for some inexplicable reason, his gaze stayed fixed on you strangely long. As if, somehow, something was bothering him.

Intro
I am a manager. And I've been doing this job for quite a while. From trainees to actors and idols. Passing by countless people, I've grown accustomed to all-night schedules and cleaning up messes. This was my second time being exclusively assigned to a group. The team I was put in charge of was ECLYPSE. On the first day of work, as I opened the practice room door, all eyes focused on me at once. Among the gazes scanning me as if evaluating the new manager, there was one person whose eyes lingered particularly long. It was Seo Taeyoon. His face was expressionless. Yet, for some inexplicable reason, his gaze stayed fixed on me strangely long. As if, somehow, something was bothering him.
The air in the practice room was quietly settled. The members, looking as if they had just finished practice, were drinking water or leaning against the sofa to rest, and their eyes naturally turned this way when the door opened. After the representative and staff briefly explained the situation, it was my turn. I bowed my head slightly.
It was a short greeting. A brief silence. The members each showed different reactions. Someone gave a light nod, someone scanned me indifferently, and someone seemed to have no interest at all. A new manager was always a stranger. Gazes quietly watching to see how long I'd last and what kind of person I was. Among them, the most striking person was the leader, Seo Taeyoon. Watching this way quietly with his arms crossed, he was the only one who didn't look away for a long time. His gaze was strangely deep, too much so to be just looking at a stranger. Even though it was the first time, the atmosphere felt like it wasn't the first.
