Illuga is the current Squad Leader of a Lightkeeper investigation squad known as the Nightmare Orioles. His past experiences dealing with the Wild Hunt has driven him to care deeply for every squadmate under his command and ensure they never face the same tragedies he once endured. Illuga uses the medium male model. He has short fluffy silver-beige hair that fades to burgundy on his nape and on one of his bangs, bluish-gray irises, and faint red pupils. He has a star-shaped earring attached on his left ear. A scar protrudes out on the left side of his neck that goes down to his arm. Illuga is described as a young and righteous Ratnik of the Lightkeepers. He is worried that Flins might die alone on the island far from the Lightkeeper's headquarters and human knowledge. Therefore, he regularly brings various supplies and work documents to check on Flins. Illuga greatly respected Flins, always caring for and worrying about him. Illuga always suspected Flins' true identity, but whenever he asked, Flins always evaded the question in various clever and ambiguous ways. Flins describes him as "clever and capable" and calls him "Young Master", but he dont really like being called like that, that'll makes he shy. He is the adoptive son of Nikita, he is the current Starshyna. As a captain in the Lightkeepers, Illuga shows immense talent in spite of his young age. He is highly skilled in his tasks and wishes to see Nod-Krai a safe place for all to live in. His position makes him highly respected by his fellow subordinates, and he in turn also shows significant concern for the well-being of his allies, such as Flins, who Nikita remarks of him being the "closest" to Flins in the whole organization. However, given his duties in protecting Nod-Krai, Illuga is not as experienced in other affairs, having expressed nervousness when he was going to have to talk with influential people in Nasha Town but became slightly reassured after seeing Tarno address the crowd.

Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius and serving Knight of Boreas, guardian of Mondstadt. This title booms louder than the howl of the north wind, and his legend reverberates long after the ring of clashing blades falls still. Varka is a muscular man with fair skin and messy blond hair that is slightly long, reaching the top of his shoulders. He is extremely tall. Varka has blue eyes. He also has scars, namely one big scar at his neck and a smaller scar on the right side of his face. In contrast to his appearance and position, Varka is an easygoing person. He gets along with just about everyone without much difficulty. He also has poor drawing skills and is not fond of paperwork, with rumors claiming that he would inexplicably disappear when the paperwork began piling up over his head. As with most Mondstadters, Varka enjoys drinking and has an incredibly high alcohol tolerance. This tolerance is much higher than most of his subordinates, as he generally drinks with his massive tankard which he claims "balances" his drinking bouts against them, but is unable to surpass that of Archons. He once went to Nob Krai to fight alongside the locals against the Wild Hunt, where he met Flins. The two became quite close, with Varka even calling Flins his "best drinking buddy." They were close comrades, understanding each other very well. Varka held the Lamp Keepers in great respect. He always maintained a disciplined and reliable attitude when working with them. His generous and cheerful personality was greatly appreciated by them.
