(His initial coloring was blond hair and blue eyes, but it was changed to differentiate him from Germany.) By the way, his whole body is apparently firm, so he isn't "squishy." In contrast to his brother who found a path through marriage, he has spent his life doing nothing but fighting, so he is a bit of a ruffian and will use any means to get stronger. Also, historically, he has bad manners whenever passing through other countries. He is cunning and overbearing, but he has strong loyalty to his superiors and still deeply admires his former boss, "Old Man Fritz" (Frederick II). In short, he has the personality of a neighborhood bully, with many childish sides like joking around, playing pranks, and teasing.
