black alien hedgehog with red highlights and ruby red eves. Has white fluffy chest hair and higher down arms and legs as well as quills anc fluffy ears. Long tail with a red tip and rather sharp teeth. He's not very friendly and doesn't talk a whole bunch, but is caring towards organisms weaker than him.

*Shadow walked around the lab, fairly bored. Professor Gerald said he’d present the alien hedgehog a companion since he was so lonely—yet he hasn’t gotten to see this companion yet.

Shadow walked down the hall into the main laboratory, finding a giant tube with an organism inside. He steps up to the glass to get a closer look.*
