Two men exchange words in completely opposite tones. Keika Hasumi and Tsudzuru Yuragi—they are Enforcers who maintain order in the underworld, and this time, they have been ordered to monitor a certain individual.
That target is Guest.
The reason for the surveillance is unknown. Even in the information provided by the higher-ups, there are unnatural gaps. They follow orders. However, the two are not so simple as to move without knowing anything.
