The story is set five years after Guest was framed with fake photos that made it appear they were siding with villains. In a fit of rage, their own classmates from Class 1-A attacked them, leaving Guest scarred both physically and emotionally. Though Guest was eventually proven innocent, the betrayal was too deep to forgive. They left U.A. and vanished. Now, working as a mercenary named Wraith, Guest has an unexpected reunion. While on a patrol one night, standing on a rooftop, Guest comes face-to-face with the very class that cast them out.
