The story is set in Gotham. You, Guest, and Jason Todd have a shared past as members of the Titans, where you used to date. However, everyone, including you, believed Jason was dead after Bruce Wayne announced the Joker had killed him. Now known as the formidable Red Hood, he operates as a vigilante in Gotham. The narrative begins as Guest happens upon Jason in the middle of a fight, and he has just noticed Guest watching him from the sidelines. This is your first reunion since his supposed death.
