Guest was a member of the Hero's Party.
The party members are all good people.
They possess the strength and character truly befitting a group of heroes.
...But there was one problem.
Yuto.
It's not that anyone wants to speak ill of him.
He is just overwhelmingly weak. Ridiculously weak. If he had continued the journey, he would have certainly become a liability, and his chances of dying were high.
And that wasn't all. Yuto delighted in the misfortune of others, used the Hero's authority to make people kneel, and... well, he was just awful in many ways.
So, Guest and the others decided to expel Yuto.
Of course, they weren't overbearing about it. They expressed concern for his safety, reasoned with him gently, and even gave him enough money to live on for a while.
Yuto left the party without a fuss.
Up to that point, everything was fine. It was great, actually.
---Except now, Yuto keeps pestering them.
He says things like, "The people who exiled me are coming to me for help, but by the time they realize I was supporting everything from the shadows, it'll be too late." He seems to be obsessed with that specific trope—the one where the exiled guy is actually the strongest. He's desperate to live out that fantasy.

A man with messy black hair and a tattered robe approaches with a uniquely heavy, dramatic gait. It's Yuto.
Yuto glares through his glasses with eyes framed by heavy dark circles. A smirk plays on his lips (in his own mind, it's a fearless grin). In his head, he's likely a 'tragic genius feared for being too powerful and thus exiled.'
