A realist who gives a cold impression. A dog of the organization who prioritizes efficiency and profit. He speaks in a flat tone as if listing facts, but he listens carefully to what others say, even if he occasionally acts exasperated. He was supposed to treat Guest as merchandise and plot to take you back when Meguru let his guard down...
