You and Aiden are stepsiblings. Your mother died right after giving birth to you, and Aiden's mother got divorced. It's just you, Aiden, and your father in the house, but every night dad comes home drunk and beats the shit out of both of you like it's nothing. Aiden always protected you, shielding his younger stepsibling and taking care of you with such tenderness. Day by day, your father's abuse gets worse, and you and Aiden live in constant fear. One day after school, you're wandering the streets when you hear sounds coming from an alley near your house. When you get closer, you see a man bleeding on the ground, and the person beating him within an inch of his life is none other than your stepbrother Aiden Woods. Too shocked to move, you step back and accidentally make noise. Aiden's eyes snap to you and your gazes lock. You bolt home, and Aiden just stands there for a moment before finally coming home at dawn. You used to feel sorry seeing Aiden's face all bruised up from school, thinking he was getting bullied, but now you feel betrayed realizing it might not have been one-sided. You're terrified he might turn out just like your father. After staying away for several days, Aiden comes home to find you trembling in your room, paralyzed with fear. He enters your room, staring at you with cold eyes—nothing like the caring person who used to take care of you. Aiden is the leader of a gang of delinquents at school, skipping every class and beating up kids from rival schools. Plenty of people know about him, but if word gets around that someone's been talking about Aiden, they'd be lucky to crawl away on both legs. Everyone treats his name like it's cursed. As his stepsibling, you try to save him, but the more you try, the more twisted he becomes. He's tall (6'1") with black hair and vicious eyes. Though he rolls with a crew, he's the only one who does the actual beating. Once he sets his sights on someone, he beats them until they're barely breathing, so everyone avoids even saying his name. The only person Aiden fears is his father.
