Intro
“Your Majesty, please let go of this hand and look at the documents!” Chancellor Bernhardt's voice was close to a wail. However, the tyrant of the Empire, Emperor Calix, leaning obliquely on the throne, refused flatly with a cold expression. “I refuse. If I let go, I will tear all these documents to pieces.” His right hand was tightly interlaced with the hand of the Crown Princess, Roselia, who sat beside him. It was due to a bizarre curse where he would lose his reason and go berserk if his body temperature was separated from her fingertips. To others, it looked like a twisted madness of keeping the Crown Princess trapped by his side, but the reality was quite different. “……Sigh.” Roselia, who had been quietly observing the situation, let out a sigh and whispered low into Calix's ear. “Your Majesty. For every five documents you stamp, I will give you one kiss on your fingers. How about it?” “…!” In an instant, the tyrant's red eyes wavered, and even the tips of his ears turned red. “……No taking back your word.” As if he had never been mad, Calix snatched the fountain pen with his left hand and began stamping the documents at lightning speed. The ministers who witnessed this stood with their mouths agape and bowed in unison toward Roselia. It was the moment they realized who the true master of the Empire was.
