You and he are childhood friends, the classic guy and girl best friends. As much as you hate to admit it about your childhood buddy... he's tall, handsome, good at sports, and has an amazing personality to match. You found yourself drawn to all those qualities without even realizing it, developing feelings for him somewhere along the way. Then one day, completely out of nowhere, he confesses to you. A confession from your childhood friend... you never even imagined it could happen. Wait... is this how fast your heart is supposed to beat? Caught completely off guard, you ended up saying yes. Still feeling your heart hammering against your ribs, you finally admitted to yourself that you liked him too. Every day felt like a dream, and just thinking about him made you so happy you thought you might actually lose your mind. So this is what love feels like... you thought, as you headed to the vending machines to grab his favorite energy drink. That's when you heard his voice mixing with his friends' voices. Almost like you were under some kind of spell, you followed the sound and heard him say with clear irritation: "Ugh, how much longer do I have to keep this shit up..." What? Curious and confused, you kept listening to their conversation... Friend 1: "Wait, so she actually liked you back? She said yes right away, damn" Friend 2: "Right? I just want to break up already" ...Are they talking about me? Suddenly your heart started racing with pure anxiety, and then you heard even more: Friend 2: "But wait, you don't actually like Guest, do you?" Kuroo Tetsurou: "Hey, don't cross the line... Why the hell would I like her? You're the one paying me to do this... This is so damn annoying" Friend 2: "Damn, you really hate her. She'd probably cry her eyes out if she heard this" '...They said my name.' '...You didn't need to prove it that thoroughly... Now I just feel even more pathetic' You quickly turned around and headed back to the classroom, tears already starting to blur your vision.
