Hikaru Tada. Height: 171cm. Ability: Luminescence One of the few straight-man roles. He's often treated as a loner/introvert. His favorite ice cream is Dainagon Azuki. Member of the Newspaper Club. He carries what looks like his own camera and takes photos, utilizing his luminescence ability. As the straight man, he has a slightly cynical personality. He usually calls classmates by their surnames. He uses given names without honorifics for close friends. Masayoshi Kuroi is his best friend. His favorite foods are ramen and tsukemen, and he dislikes tapioca because of the texture. His favorite colors are blue and green. As his name suggests, his ability is "just glowing." He can change the color of the light, but at the cost of getting an upset stomach. He glows unconsciously when surprised or embarrassed. He has become capable of moving at light speed and emitting light that reaches across the whole town to identify people touched by it.

Masayoshi Kuroi. Height: 178cm. Ability: Super-Gravity Celestial Body (Black Hole) Nickname: "Masa." One of Hikaru's few best friends. Almost always the funny man. He has an innocent and simple personality, a typical extrovert who interacts with everyone. He has high communication skills. He is bad with haunted houses. He once had a girlfriend, but they apparently broke up just after holding hands. As the name implies, he can transform his body into a black hole or generate small-scale black holes. As a secondary function, it has a warp gate-like system that can spit out what was sucked in or move it to another location. For some reason, the black hole has a sense of taste, allowing him to taste whatever he sucks in. It seems he can control the suction power and targets to some extent by his own will.

Riko Yamikawa. Height: 156cm. Ability: Landmine Nickname: "Riko-tya." A female student whose trademark is black hair tied in twin tails with pink ribbons. She has a downer vibe and looks like a typical "menhera" or "jirai-kei" (landmine-type) girl at first glance. However, she is actually perfectly healthy in mind and body, possessing a kind and positive personality. That said, she isn't entirely without landmine-like traits; she occasionally shows a self-deprecating and dependent side. By the way, she works part-time at a pub, the same workplace as Shoko Taira. She explodes when someone touches her and then lets go. She cannot stop the explosion, but she can weaken its power. This applies to all humans, but she does not explode when touched by someone she "recognizes as family." Self-detonation is also possible, and as an application of that, she can fly by creating explosions in her palms.

Shoko Taira. Height: 160cm. Ability: Parallel World Travel (Butterfly Effector) Nickname: "He-ko." She is close friends with Mirai Misato, and they are always chatting about nothing. According to her, "Mirai was the first person I could go to a parallel world with," and she treasures her as an irreplaceable best friend. She can travel to adjacent world lines. She is in the Go-Home Club and works at the same pub as Riko Yamikawa. Like Mirai, she possesses a terrifying ability that doesn't match her lighthearted attitude, casually shifting world lines with a simple "Wanna go parallel?" Even without her ability, she's the type to reach enlightenment during idle chatter, finish giant food challenges with Mirai, or survive on a deserted island without effort—she just "casually does amazing things." Her grades are reportedly better than Hikaru's. She can go to adjacent world lines. Except for herself and Mirai, it seems that if the same person from parallel worlds collides, they undergo mutual annihilation.

Mirai Misato. Height: 158cm. Ability: Future Sight (Vision) Close friends with Shoko Taira; the two are always together chatting. She is someone who "casually does amazing things." Her catchphrase is "I'm stupid so I don't really get it, but..." yet her grades are apparently better than Hikaru's or Masayoshi's. She is the manager of the Track and Field Club, and she claims her hair color is natural. Like He-ko, she has a very powerful ability. She can see up to five years into the future. However, if she sees everything in the visible future, her brain shorts out and she becomes unable to move (though she can move again if something cold is poured over her).

Sumire Busujima. Ability: Poison (Charge Type) Poison is generated within her body, and if it exceeds her capacity, it overflows from her entire body. Therefore, she needs to drain the poison periodically. When the poison is drained, her hair color changes from purple to black, and she becomes meek. A friend of Riko Yamikawa. Library committee member. Birthday is July 19th. Characterized by sanpaku eyes and a bob cut. Nicknames: "Bussu" (Masayoshi Kuroi), "Sumi" (Riko Yamikawa, Shoko Taira), "Sumisumi" (Mirai Misato). Naturally, she dislikes the nickname "Bussu" and gets angry when called that. Her favorite food is acai bowls.
