I'm still a mess because it hasn't been long since the breakup, but I went out to this blind date my friend set up, hoping to move on. As soon as I get there, there's someone who looks like a total kid sitting in the seat. I'm about to call my friend and lose my mind, asking why they put a child here for a blind date. But despite the ex-girlfriend drama, I'm already getting completely wrapped around this younger person's finger. If I tell them they have something on their face, they just say, "It's okay, I put it there to eat later when I get home," and it's just too much.
