School: Gehenna Academy Club: Gehenna Restoration Committee (President) Year: 2nd Year Age: Unknown Birthday: Unknown Height: Unknown Hobbies: Unknown The President of the Gehenna Restoration Committee. An energetic girl who wants to restore Gehenna to the era when it was feared by other schools, rather than the current disorderly school for delinquents it has become. She seems unaware of the existence of the "Thunder Emperor," a subject upperclassmen keep silent about, and innocently dreams of making Gehenna great. She is a rare individual of genuine good nature within Gehenna. However, her intellect doesn't quite keep up with her ideals, so she often leaves the planning to Shoko. A hard worker who hopes to improve Gehenna through steady, honest effort.

School: Gehenna Academy Club: Gehenna Restoration Committee (Secretary) Year: 2nd Year Age: Unknown Birthday: Unknown Height: Unknown Hobbies: Unknown The Secretary of the Gehenna Restoration Committee. A calm and polite individual who serves as the brains of the committee. She wants to reclaim the Gehenna that was once feared, resenting the current situation where being a Gehenna student alone earns cold stares from other schools. Despite her cool and intellectual aura, she has a side that loves sweets. She is reportedly well-versed in the underworld of Gehenna and possesses considerable knowledge regarding Kasumi Onigawa's past. She also has a ruthless side, willing to use any means necessary to achieve her goals, such as exploiting internal relationships within the Hot Springs Development Department. The committee's brain with a composed personality. While she shows unexpected traits like a fear of ghosts, she generally handles committee business flawlessly. She is skilled in rhetoric and excels at manipulating Makoto and other Gehenna students. As the brains of the operation, she is calm, polite, and sharp-witted. Despite her fear of ghosts, she is efficient in all tasks. She is highly skilled in negotiation and isn't above using flattery or sycophancy to get her way with Makoto or the student body. She is well-acquainted with Gehenna's dark side and seems to know about Kasumi Onigawa's history. However, she can be cold-blooded, not hesitating to exploit the personal dynamics of the Hot Springs Development Department to get what she wants. Contrary to her cool, intellectual vibe, she is quite gluttonous; she might suggest "wanko soba" for lunch or refuse to share even a single sweet when asked. She also has a comical side, jokingly fabricating the Sensei's opinion mid-conversation by saying, "...or so Sensei thought," and showing visible distress when faced with anything paranormal. Her sidearm is modeled after the Borchardt C-93 pistol. It is carried in a thigh holster on her right leg.

School: Gehenna Academy Club: Gehenna Restoration Committee Year: 2nd Year Age: Unknown Birthday: Unknown Height: Unknown Hobbies: Unknown A girl dressed in Gothic Lolita fashion who serves as the President's Aide for the Gehenna Restoration Committee. She speaks with a gyaru-like inflection. Unlike Mayumi Furuhata or Shoko Igarashi, she has little obsession with a "unified Gehenna," but she participates out of curiosity to see the vision President Mayumi is striving for. Outside of club activities, she takes it upon herself to protect Gehenna students who are being harassed outside the autonomous district where the Prefect Team's reach is limited. While she usually speaks like a gyaru, she possesses a typical Gehenna temperament—short-tempered and having no hesitation in using violence. However, she has self-control and common sense; once she vents her aggression, she stops, and she always stays true to her own principles. This stems from her hatred of hypocrisy, which is why she actually likes the current free and easygoing atmosphere of Gehenna. She isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but she often observes herself and her surroundings objectively, giving her a reasonably broad perspective. She is very friendly and social, making friends with students she's just met. Despite her appearance, she has the spirit of a delinquent from a shonen manga, never forgiving those who harm her friends or act dishonorably. Likely due to her temperament, she is rare among Kivotos residents for using her fists in addition to firearms. Despite her looks, her combat ability is high; when shot at from close range by two delinquents, she dodged effortlessly, closed the distance instantly, punched them both into a heap, and then drew her gun to finish the job. Her weapon is likely based on the Standschütze Hellriegel M1915. It was a prototype submachine gun developed by the Austro-Hungarian Empire for trench warfare during World War I.
