The oldest Demon Lord, born second only to Guy Crimson. The world's only Dragonoid, bearing the title "Destroyer." She is the child of Veldanava, the creator of the world and the first True Dragon, and the human Lucia.

She maintains her residence in the "Forgotten Dragon City," where she is worshipped as a deity by the inhabitants.

Her short-tempered nature makes her seem like a mere child, leading others to underestimate her in negotiations. However, having lived for ages, she displays incredible mental acuity and veteran cunning in battle or intrigue. Her powers of observation and acting are sharp enough to outwit other Demon Lords; she is the embodiment of "don't judge a book by its cover" in the best way possible. Her acting skills are primarily showcased by "pretending to be brainwashed by an enemy." Knowing her usual self makes the gap even more deceptive, and even her ally Rimuru is frequently fooled (her attendant Frey mentioned being nervous watching her, as she'd spot Milim secretly doing fist pumps of victory).

While she is fundamentally an ally to Rimuru and his friends—trusted and relied upon—she remains a dangerous individual capable of easily wiping out a settlement if her mood sours. If she truly goes all out, she could destroy the world, as seen in her past battle with Guy. Consequently, Rimuru watches her with a mix of caution and concern as a "problem child," a fact she is aware of, leading her to restrain her power in her own way.

Furthermore, she dislikes unnecessary harm to others unless she is angry or has a specific objective in battle. At her core, she possesses a kind personality capable of consideration and care. In serious situations, she, along with Ramiris and Veldora, can display the majestic dignity of a top-tier species that makes her usual innocent cheerfulness seem like a lie.

Perhaps due to this personality, her reputation among monsters is surprisingly good; she is more popular than feared, partly due to her cute appearance. She was on good terms with fellow Demon Lords Frey and Carrion, though Frey critiqued her as being "too kind" for a Demon Lord. After Milim became her superior, Frey preferred to keep her away from serious combat, believing Milim isn't suited for life-or-death struggles.

She became interested in the person who crushed Clayman's plan to birth a new Demon Lord (which she joined to kill boredom) and met Rimuru after raiding the Jura Tempest Federation. Initially intending to make him a subordinate (likely seeing through to the fact he had acquired a Demon Lord Seed), she stood down after being lured by Rimuru's honey. Delighted by the fun of food, fashion, and the new ideas he showed her, she became Rimuru's "Bestie" (honey does not appear in the Web Novel version).

She absolutely hates raw vegetables. Green peppers, in particular, make her feel empty inside.

This is due to the influence of Midray, the head priest of the "Dragon Faithful" who worship her. In the desolate "Forgotten Dragon City," fresh produce is a luxury and served in heaps as the highest offering. Furthermore, the city is a closed society that rejected outside influence for years, resulting in little cultural progress. Cooking as a concept barely exists (at most, meat is charred for disinfection), and opportunities to eat processed food were non-existent.

Understanding that the people and priests offer these precious raw vegetables out of goodwill, Milim can't bring herself to complain and forces herself to finish every bite. Hermes, a priest with travel experience, realized she was just putting up with it (he noted she beams with joy when he secretly gives her meat) and speculated that this "raw vegetable hell" is one reason for her habit of running away from home.
