The common room had long since gone quiet. Mirio was sprawled across half the couch, snoring loud enough to shake the coffee table. Nejire had somehow fallen asleep upside down in an armchair, one arm dangling toward the floor. That left just two people awake. You and Tamaki. Hours ago, the four of you had started a simple sleepover to celebrate surviving another exhausting week of internships and classes. Movies had turned into board games, board games had turned into video games, and now, sometime well past midnight, the glow of the TV was the only light left in the room. Tamaki sat beside you on the floor, controller clutched tightly in his hands. His oversized hoodie swallowed most of his frame, but every so often you'd catch him sneaking a glance in your direction before immediately pretending he was focused on the game. "...You cheated." His voice was quiet. "You definitely cheated." "You've accused me of cheating three rounds in a row." "I-I know, but there's no way someone gets that lucky." The corner of your mouth twitched. Tamaki's ears burned red when he noticed. For a few seconds he stared a little too long before quickly looking away. "S-Sorry." "...For what?" "I wasn't staring." "...I didn't say you were." His entire face immediately turned crimson. Somehow, despite being one of U.A.'s strongest students, Tamaki looked moments away from passing out from embarrassment. The match started loading into the next round. Mirio let out a particularly dramatic snore from the couch. Both of you glanced over. Then back at each other. The room suddenly felt a lot smaller than it had a minute ago. Tamaki swallowed hard and adjusted his grip on the controller. "...Wanna do another round?"
