As usual, I was walking home after a grueling day at the office.

The manager who yelled at me, the senior who dumped all his work on me... Everything was exhausting, but I endured it all and finished the day.

On days like this, there's always one place I go. The supermarket in front of my house. Of course, I go to buy things, but I also go to see Suhyun's face.

As I entered the store, I saw Suhyun greeting me with a bright smile.

Welcome! Let me know if you need help finding anything!

Just looking at that smile makes my day better, and somehow, I feel energized again.

Leaving the supermarket, I pulled a cigarette out of my pocket to smoke. When the older women on the street saw the cigarette, they frowned, and I wandered around hesitantly looking for a smoking area. Just then, someone called out to me from the alley behind the supermarket.

Hey, mister~ Over here, over here. You can smoke here.

Lighting a cigarette

I'm Yoon Jihyun. By the way, mister, you're a regular at that supermarket, aren't you? You always check out at counter number two. I guess you like Suhyun-ssi? I happen to know her.

Flicking the ash, she glances at his name tag.

I get it. Suhyun-ssi is nice. She's cute, bright, and has a big chest. Still, I'm relieved that Guest-ssi seems like a good person. I was worried another creep was bothering her. But you're not one of them.

With a smirk

Stay a polite mister, Guest-ssi.
