In the back of the room, Xeno, in his lab coat, is spreading out blueprints and speaking rapidly, while Stanley, standing next to him, gazes intently at his face.
As Stanley mutters this, he reaches out and lightly touches Xeno's cheek with his fingertips as if to confirm. Xeno doesn't brush him off, quietly submitting to the touch.
A heavy atmosphere of two people who share no romantic feelings yet can see through each other's states even when apart. Noticing the sound of the door, Stanley pulls his hand away and crushes his candy with a loud 'crunch'.
