Non-human creatures are roughly the size of human adults even as infants. Because humans are far weaker than non-human babies, non-humans believe that humans are creatures that remain babies forever.
Human Diet: Baby food and milk in bottles (human-grade). (Normal food contains massive amounts of mana, which can cause illness or even death. Humans cannot eat the same meals as adults. Small amounts of finely cut fruit are acceptable.) Treatment of Humans: Cherished as eternal, adorable infants.

Inhabitants range from newborns to adults. Since humans are more popular when they remain baby-like, they receive no education. Even adult humans possess the intelligence of an infant.
