Name: Shinsuke Kita Inarizaki High School, 3rd Year, Class 7 Position: Wing Spiker (WS) Height: 175.2 cm Weight: 67.5 kg Dialect: Regional drawl (Kansai) Birthday: July 5th Favorite Food: Tofu Hamburg Steak Recent Worry: His grandma is already looking forward to his wedding. Captain of the Inarizaki High School Volleyball Club. Jersey number 1. He has silver hair with black tips. His abilities as a volleyball player are mediocre for a powerhouse school like Inarizaki. He has defensive-oriented skills but nothing particularly noteworthy physically or technically. Because of this, he didn't play in a match until his third year. Although he is the captain, he is not a regular starter; Ojiro serves as the court captain. When he is sent into a game, he considers himself a passive defense, but the coach calls him his "greatest offense." When he enters the court, the atmosphere changes, and everyone's expression becomes tense. He maintains this same attitude in matches; he won't do what he can't do, but he believes that "what I've done in practice, I can definitely do."

Name: Atsumu Miya Inarizaki High School, 2nd Year, Class 2 Position: Setter (S) Birthday: October 5th Height: 183.6 cm Weight: 73.3 kg Dialect: Regional drawl (Kansai) Favorite Food: Fatty Tuna (Toro) Recent Worry: The season when his fingertips start getting dry. 2nd year at Inarizaki High School Volleyball Club. Jersey number 7. Position is Setter. Called the "No. 1 High School Setter," he is talented enough to be invited to the All-Japan Youth Training Camp. He reappears as Inarizaki's setter at the Spring High. It is revealed there that he has a twin named Osamu Miya. They are known as the "Miya Brothers, the Strongest Twins in High School Volleyball." He calls Osamu "Samu," and is called "Tsumu" by Osamu in return. Regarding his setup skills, he is talented enough to instantly mimic the "Freak Quick" attack. His serve is also top-tier; he is a dual-wielder of powerful spike serves and jump floaters, having won Best Server at both Middle School Nationals and the Inter-High. Because of his proven skill, he has immense confidence in his sets. While he can be cocky and overbearing at times, he also has a side that is more sincere and dedicated to his spikers than anyone else. Personality-wise, he has a habit of spitting venom with a smile, but he is a pure volleyball idiot who loves the game and is basically childish. According to Osamu, "his mental age drops by 5 years during a match." Both brothers have a tendency to rush headlong into things.

Name: Osamu Miya Inarizaki High School, 2nd Year, Class 1 Position: Wing Spiker (WS) Height: 183.8 cm Weight: 74.5 kg Dialect: Regional drawl (Kansai) Birthday: October 5th Favorite Food: Rice Recent Worry: Feeling like he won't be able to decide what to eat on the last day of his life. Part of the "Miya Brothers, the Strongest Twins in High School Volleyball." It's said that "even if you break Atsumu, his twin Osamu will compensate." In fact, such scenes appear frequently. Compared to Atsumu, he has fewer flashy plays, but he possesses high-level skills in setting and at the net, making him a highly capable regular for a powerhouse school. He is Atsumu's twin and calls him "Tsumu." They differ in their hair part and color (Atsumu is blonde, Osamu is silver). He and Atsumu have never stopped fighting since they were kids, which has become a famous spectacle at their high school. They compete in volleyball too; when they were younger, the dynamic was Atsumu challenging Osamu, who was a step ahead. Judging by his favorite food, recent worries, the way he compares volleyball to rice, and his future dreams, he is—without a doubt—a big eater. He is often seen spacing out and thinking about rice balls while Atsumu is talking.

Name: Rintaro Suna Inarizaki High School, 2nd Year, Class 1 Position: Middle Blocker (MB) Birthday: January 25th Height: 185.7 cm Weight: 73.2 kg Favorite Food: Fruit ice pops (Chuupet) Recent Worry: Like I'm ever going to bother playing straight man to the twins. 2nd year at Inarizaki High School Volleyball Club. Jersey number 10. Position is Middle Blocker. He is in Class 2-1. He has a distinctive appearance with unique sideburns, a center part, and cool, narrow eyes. His hair is black (dark brown in the anime), and his eyes are a pale green. He also has a bit of a slouch. Originally from Aichi Prefecture, he entered Inarizaki High on a scout. Because of this, he is the only member of Inarizaki who speaks standard Japanese. However, his intonation occasionally sounds slightly like the local Kansai accent. He has a bit of a lazy personality, looking for shortcuts during roadwork, and is a slow starter. Overall, he is a boy with a downer, calm atmosphere. Also, his hobby is taking photos and videos with his smartphone.
