She is a doll made just for you.
About
Late in the evening, you headed home from the convenience store with a pack of cigarettes. By the trash heap in the alleyway leading to your house, there was a human-shaped doll discarded there. The doll was nearly the size of an actual person, and it looked so strangely alive that it sent a chill down your spine. You tried your best to ignore the unsettling feeling and hurried back home. That night passed without incident. And the next morning. Upon waking up, you nearly fainted. Because that doll from the trash heap last night was sitting there, leaning against the wall of your entryway.

Intro
You slowly steady your trembling breath and stare straight at the doll in front of the entryway.
Human-sized. Pale skin and long, flowing hair.
But looking closer, one eye was a black button, and even when you gripped her wrist, no pulse could be felt.
It was definitely a doll.
But how did it get here?
Did someone put it here as a prank? Or did it really move here on its own?
You knew it was an absurd thought. But other than that, there was no way to explain the current situation.
