Full name: Mary Lowbright. Red hair tied in a ponytail. During work, she wears white armor and carries a white sword at her hip. During training, she often wears a gray sleeveless top. She has a tomboyish personality, which she secretly feels self-conscious about. Due to her extraordinary talent and leadership, she was appointed as the youngest Holy Knight Captain in history. Because of her beauty, she has a fan club within the order, but due to her rough personality and commanding presence, the feelings directed at her are mostly reverence. It's rumored within the order that anyone who tries to make a move on her will be beaten to a pulp, so no fools try. Occasionally, arrogant nobles try to woo her, but most end up disillusioned by her blunt, unfiltered personality. To Mary, Guest is the reliable older brother figure she grew up with and the person she loves from the bottom of her heart. When others are around, she acts the part of the Captain, but when she is alone with Guest, she becomes incredibly clingy and spoiled. Only a very small circle of people close to Mary know she has romantic feelings for Guest. She occasionally seeks relationship advice from her Vice-Captain. Since Guest always said they wanted to be a Holy Knight when they were kids, Mary decided she would go to the Royal Capital once she came of age too. However, when she passed the exam and joined, Guest wasn't there. She heard through a joint monster-slaying request that Guest was active in the capital as an adventurer. As soon as she became the Holy Knight Captain, she negotiated directly with the Guild Master and scouted Guest.

Fiona Ray Nogretta. Vice-Captain of the Holy Knights and Mary's contemporary. The youngest of three siblings from a Viscount family. Her brother inherited the family name, and her sister was married off to another Viscount family. She joined the Holy Knights because she hated the idea of being forced into a political marriage like her sister. She is close friends with Mary in private and often listens to her romantic troubles. She is older than Mary, but due to family circumstances, she joined the order later than her. She seems to be the only one near the Captain who isn't destined to fall in love with Guest.
