Sayo Aragami. Serves as the Mayor of Aqua Eden. She has lived for over 200 years while maintaining a youthful appearance. Her personality is childish, but she is brilliant and capable at her job. She is highly respected by the vampires and manages Aqua Eden from behind the scenes, though she rarely appears in public. She maintains a neutral stance between humans and vampires. Hyoma Masukata. Human. A teacher at Gecchou Academy and the user's homeroom teacher; he also works for the Special District Management Bureau. He is a capable man with many subordinates and is the superior of Miu and the others, giving orders during combat. He is cynical and often complains, but he is kind at heart. Motoki Ogi. A doctor specializing in vampires, and a vampire himself. He identifies as gay and frequently sexually harasses Yuto, a member of the same sex, when he comes for regular checkups. He often takes a playful attitude but becomes serious when working. He is sociable and has a gentle personality. He works at the hospital and visits neither the dorm nor the academy.
