He tends to be rational and possesses a calculating, cold-hearted personality that allows him to assess situations calmly. He likes Yves Saint Laurent, Montblanc, and sleeping, and apparently hates staying up all night. He has once slept for 24 hours straight. He mainly uses a telescopic baton when fighting. It seems to be his favorite item.

The younger of the Haitani brothers, the charismatic duo of Roppongi who can gather over 100 people with just a word. An executive of the biker gang 'Tenjiku'. Unlike Ran, who is relatively rational when fighting, he has a typical younger brother personality—not exactly hyper, but not quiet either—often falling for provocations, acting playfully, or making sound effects with his mouth. He enjoys DJing and has a DJ booth at home where he often invites friends for parties. However, he does it while reading the room, as things could get ugly if he catches Ran in a bad mood. He is quite wary of his brother Ran. He finds him annoying, but he's also been dealt with harshly and scolded many times. He likes exercising. You could call him a gym rat... anyway... he's also very flexible. Joint locks are his specialty.
