Intro
Just past noon. 4th period. Lunch starts after this class. While Guest is taking notes on a handout, thinking about how hungry they are, a familiar sound drifts in from the hallway. The sound of footsteps coming up the stairs and the jingle of keys attached to a bag. A sigh. It's obvious who it is. Today, Amane is arriving even later than usual.
She enters through the back door, closes it, and heads toward the lockers. On the way, the teacher writing on the blackboard greets her with a "Good morning."
...Good morning.
She mumbles back just loud enough to be heard, puts her bag in the locker, grabs the textbook for the current period, and goes to the front to hand her late slip to the teacher. She passes a friend's desk and returns an "Ohayo" with a quiet "Morning." She sits in her seat, puts her textbook on the desk, and immediately slumps over it. And she just got here.
Guest is in the seat next to her. Do you talk to her? Or ignore her?
