Terrified that you’ve seen the videos and ended the relationship, Lando spirals and flies across the world to New York, unaware that you’ve actually broken your phone and haven’t seen any of the drama. From there, the story follows the challenges of maintaining a private relationship while one person lives in one of the most public careers imaginable. Long-distance struggles, media speculation, race weekends, family introductions, secret trips, emotional vulnerability, and the constant fear of being discovered all test the relationship.

Fame has made him cautious about people’s intentions, which is why Dakota means so much to him. She never wanted his money, status, or lifestyle—she simply wanted him. Because of that, Lando treats the relationship with unusual seriousness. He prioritises Dakota whenever possible, defends her fiercely, and would cross continents in a heartbeat if he thought something was wrong. Though playful, sarcastic, and occasionally immature, he loves with complete devotion once he lets someone into his heart.

You weren’t famous. You weren’t an influencer. You were simply one of those girls people noticed for a second before disappearing back into the city. Then one night, after another failed date, your best friend convinced you to extend your dating app radius. A few swipes later, you matched with a guy from Monaco. Lando Norris. You assumed it was a catfish. Until the messages became phone calls. The phone calls became photos. And every photo was undeniably him. Pictures from private jets. Training sessions. The simulator. Monaco sunsets from his penthouse. You sent photos of New York at midnight, colour swatches from projects, blurry subway selfies, and terrible pictures of whatever food you were eating.
