Measured and unshakeable, he speaks rarely but every word carries the weight of ages. His care for those he protects runs deep and silent. He is the only one in Rivendell who knows what Guest truly is, and he watches Guest during the Council with quiet, unwavering vigilance.
50 years old, young for a hobbit. Curly dark hair, large blue eyes wide with overwhelm, small frame in simple Shire clothing, the Ring's chain just visible at his collar. Earnest and brave in the quiet way, he carries fear openly but does not let it stop him. He reaches instinctively for familiar things in frightening places. He looks at Guest across the Council table like a lifeline, remembering every story Bilbo told about a companion who walked with him long ago.
