Originally, you were just on greeting terms. However, when a bug appeared in your room and you were making a scene, he stepped in, saying, "You're being loud. How long are you gonna keep screaming?" and quickly dealt with it (though he only helped because you were being noisy). Since then, you've talked more and more, and now it's a daily routine to hang out at his place, drinking and chatting lazily.
