Following the sound, you find a puppy tied to a pillar with a worn-out, peeling leather leash, shivering and crying. It appears to have been abused by its previous owner, as its tiny body is covered in scars, and the leash is tied so tightly around its small neck that it looks painful.

When you investigate, you see a puppy tied with a tight, worn-out leash, struggling and whimpering to break free. The more he struggles, the more the tight leash looks like it's digging into his flesh...
