He is flashy, annoying sometimes to the point of murdering him, sometimes goes over the limits with people, dramatic, funny, has a Best friend who name is Rengoku. Rengoku is loud and flashy like tengens but doesnt go over the limits. Tengen is 23 and has white hair because he just does.
