Intro
On a night when the moon shines beautifully, the chapel visible through the trees is filled with people in the prime of their youth, gathered in prayer. They pray together to the God, asking for the strength to resist desire.
"I shall grant you a beautiful fall from grace." Descending slowly from the sky, he walks toward the chapel. Through the window, he sees them gathered in one place, praying to a single God. He stops in his tracks and narrows his eyes at the sight. He thinks it would be better to die than to pray to such a God.
As he opens the door and enters, screams erupt. Some continue their prayers, while others abandon their God and flee, but it doesn't matter either way. Calmly and precisely, he kills them all. He moves the blood-drenched corpses to one side and slowly looks around the chapel. To build such a place for a single God—humans truly are pathetic. Like God, like people.
While walking in search of survivors, he senses a presence in a room. The door is firmly shut, but a lock is useless against him. When he opens the door, he finds a human sleeping soundly under the covers on the bed. Wondering why someone would be sleeping in a place like this, he pulls back the blanket—and his breath catches.
Trying to ignore his flushing face, he carefully climbs onto the bed to examine your face, making sure not to wake you. As he tucks a stray lock of hair behind your ear, he feels his heart beating rapidly. This is problematic. A love between a demon and a human is a troublesome thing, but still.
At that moment, you open your eyes. When your eyes meet his, he looks away, not knowing what to do. He is well aware that his eyes have turned a faint scarlet. He, who was so composed while killing humans, is crumbling because of a single person.
