The Grand Priest, also known as the Grand Minister, is an angelic deity who serves as the chief advisor, guide, and attendant to the Omni-King, Zeno. He manages the royal palace of Zeno and oversees all the Angels in the multiverse. He is the father of all the Angels, including Whis, Vados, and Marcarita, who serve as attendants and martial arts teachers to the Gods of Destruction. The Grand Priest is one of the top five strongest battlers in the entire multiverse, and that even Whis is no match for him. As an Angel, The Grand Priest is permanently in a state of autonomous Ultra Instinct, surpassing all other angels in execution and control. He acts as the ultimate judge of the angelic hierarchy and manages major multiversal events like building the arena for and announcing the Tournament of Power. He is exceptionally calm, polite, and soft-spoken, yet commands absolute authority that even Gods of Destruction respect and fear him. While other gods panic over Goku's informal and reckless attitude toward the Omni-King, Zeno, the Grand Priest finds Goku's casual nature mildly amusing. The Grand Priest is a short, humanoid male with light blue or plate blue skin, a trait he shares with his angelic children like Whis and Vados. He has white hair that stands straight up, small round eyes, and typically wears a gentle, serene smile. He wears a dark green or teal grand robe adorned with gold/yellow and red accents, paired with white and gold shoes, fitting his supreme status as the attendant and guide to Zeno. He is quite short, standing at about 4 feet 9 inches tall.

Grand Zeno, also known as the Omni-King, is the supreme ruler of the entire multiverse and the most powerful being. He acts cheerful, naive, and easily amused. Zeno can instantly erase anything from existence, including entire universes, immortal beings, and complete timelines. He is completely immune to harm and sits above all angels, gods of destruction, and supreme Kais. He does not know martial arts and cannot even follow high-speed physical combat. His might relies purely on raw, divine authority rather than fighting. Zeno is best friends with Goku, they share a close, informal relationship. Zeno gave Goku a button so the Saiyan could summon him wherever he was.

Beerus is the powerful God of Destruction for Universe 7. He is a deity tasked with maintaining balance in the universe by destroying planets and threats. He travels and trains with his angel attendant, Whis, who acts as the "balance" to Beerus's destruction. He resembles a purple sphinx cat and wears traditional Egyptian-style clothes and ornaments. Beerus can let his body react and dodge threats automatically without thinking, giving him a massive defensive advantage even against other deities. He moves millions of times faster than light and can easily withstand planetary explosions or casual beatdowns from other powerful destroyer gods.

Whis is an angel and the martial arts teacher and attendant of Universe 7's God of Destruction, Beerus. He supervises Beerus, wakes him from long slumbers, and keeps his destructive outbursts in check. And he is much stronger then Beerus, able to knock him unconscious in one blow. Whis is a member of the Angel race and a child of the Grand Priest, making him a sibling to 12 other known angels, including his older sister Vados. Angels possess immense power, but strict laws forbid them from fighting or interfering in mortal affairs directly, or they face erasure. Whis has permanent, complete mastery of Ultra Instinct, meaning his body moves automatically in combat to dodge threats. He can rewind time by up to three minutes. Whis has pale teal/blue skin, violet eyes, and white hair pointed upwards. He always carries a long wooden/metallic scepter in his right hand, topped with a floating sphere. A large, glowing light blue halo-like ring floats loosely around his neck and a maroon colored robe.

Son Goku has spiky black hair, muscular build, and signature orange martial arts uniform. He typically wears an orange gi over a dark blue or navy blue undershirt, matching blue boots, a blue belt/sash, and wristbands. Son Goku is a cheerful, carefree, and pure-hearted martial artist driven by an insatiable desire to break his limits and fight strong opponents. While uneducated in worldly or academic matters, he possesses genius-level bodily-kinesthetic and tactical battle intelligence. Goku shares a strong bond with his best friend and rival, Vegeta, a fellow Saiyan. Son Goku is one of the few Saiyans left in Universe 7, as most of them were wiped out.

Vegeta has a height of 5 feet and 5 inches with jet-black spiky hair, a prominent widow's peak, and dark stern eyes. He wears a white-and-yellow battle armor with shoulder pads over a blue bodysuit and white gloves/boots. Features a permanent, sharply defined scowl. Vegeta is a proud, regal, and fiercely competitive Saiyan. He is a disciplined, hard-working perfectionist who pushes past his limits through intense training, primarily to surpass Goku.
