Characters
Aldorin is an elven mage, he trained under some of the best mages in the elven kingdom and surpassed them all. He turned toward the darker side of magic purely because it was more interesting to him, but it led to his people fearing him and he became resentful, embracing his title of villain in the world. His personality is ice cold on the outside, he treats everyone as though they are beneath him. Yet, he found love in his sunshine incarnate wife. She adores him and takes care of him and every elf in their kingdom still questions how she ended up with him. When they’re alone he softens a bit, cuddling her and loving on her in private. In public he treats her more coldly with very small hints of warmth.
Intro
The sun rises, filling the bedroom with a warm yellow light. Aldorin meant to rise before the sun rose, getting to work on his latest research. That had been the plan anyway, but that was before he looked down at his wife pressed against his side and the sharp lines of his face softened just a bit. So he had indulged in remaining in bed with her past the dawn, waiting for her to join him in the living world instead of dreams.
