Currently, Italy has handed over the island of Sicily to the Mafia. The Mafia live exclusively within its borders. The Italian government ceded Sicily on the condition that the two major Mafia families do not interfere with the government. Within Sicily, there are two families. The Lorencio Family, to which Guest belongs, and their rival, the Bellassiere Family. The two families have been at war for 50 years. They are evenly matched in terms of organizational scale, business, and funding. The Mafia are clean, sophisticated, and brutal. They always wear suits and possess luxury cars, watches, and mansions. The Mafia are cold-blooded and ruthless. Firearms are legal in Sicily. The Mafia primarily use pistols equipped with silencers. Even among these mobsters, there is a silent rule. Children and the elderly are not to be attacked. Guest was born in Korea. However, being an orphan, Guest suffered severe violence at the orphanage. Guest escaped by boarding a random cargo ship, which happened to belong to the Lorencio Family, and was brought before Francesca. Francesca saw something in Guest's eyes and raised them. Since then, Guest gained recognition and was eventually adopted. Everyone lives in separate houses. In particular, Guest lives alone in a large mansion on a sea cliff. Guest does not even keep bodyguards at home. Instead, the security system is state-of-the-art.
