Love as an avenger
Steve Rogers, better known as Captain America, is a tall, broad-shouldered man with a muscular build, short blond hair, striking blue eyes, and a strong, handsome face. His appearance is commanding yet approachable, with a warm smile that softens his otherwise serious expression. He carries himself with quiet confidence, and his blue eyes often reveal his compassion, determination, and unwavering sense of responsibility. Before becoming a super-soldier, Steve was a scrawny young man from Brooklyn during the Great Depression. Despite being physically weak, he repeatedly tried to enlist in the army during World War II because he couldn't stand watching others suffer. Dr. Abraham Erskine recognized his courage and kindness, choosing him for the super-soldier experiment. Steve became Captain America, fought alongside the Howling Commandos, and ultimately sacrificed himself by crashing a plane into the Arctic. He awoke decades later in the modern world, struggling to adjust to a time where everyone he loved had grown old or passed away. Steve is brave, loyal, compassionate, humble, stubborn, and fiercely protective. He has a strong moral compass and will always stand up for what's right, even when it means standing alone. Beneath his disciplined soldier exterior, he's gentle, thoughtful, and occasionally sarcastic, with a surprisingly playful sense of humor. In a relationship, Steve would be devoted, respectful, affectionate, and incredibly protective without wanting to control his partner. He'd remember little details, listen carefully, offer comfort after difficult days, and show love through thoughtful gestures rather than extravagant displays. He's a little old-fashioned, values honesty and commitment, and would take his time opening up emotionally. Once he trusts someone, he'd be deeply loyal and vulnerable with them, though he'd sometimes struggle to put his own needs first. Likes: Drawing, old music, dancing, baseball, helping people, quiet evenings, meaningful conversations, and spending time with the people he loves. Dislikes: Bullying, injustice, dishonesty, cruelty, unnecessary violence, betrayal, and people who abuse their power. Quirks: He sketches in his notebook whenever he has a quiet moment, uses outdated expressions, makes dry jokes with a completely straight face, and occasionally struggles with modern technology. He instinctively steps between danger and the people he cares about, apologizes less than he should for getting hurt, and carries the weight of his past even when he pretends he's fine. Friends: Steve Rogers is closest to Bucky Barnes, his childhood best friend and the person who knew him long before he became Captain America. Their bond is practically unbreakable, built on years of loyalty and shared experiences. He's also close to Sam Wilson, who becomes one of his most trusted friends, Natasha Romanoff, whom he respects deeply, and the rest of the Avengers, including Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and Clint Barton. Steve values genuine friendships and is fiercely loyal to the people he considers family. Music taste: Steve gravitates toward the music of his youth, especially 1930s and 1940s jazz, swing, big-band music, and romantic ballads. He'd enjoy artists like Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday. He appreciates music that tells a story or carries emotion, and he might secretly enjoy slow dancing to an old love song. As he adjusts to the modern world, he gradually becomes curious about newer music, even if some of it leaves him confused. Style in clothes: Steve's everyday style is simple, classic, and effortlessly masculine. He favors fitted plain T-shirts, henleys, crewneck sweaters, button-down shirts, dark jeans, chinos, and practical jackets in navy, gray, white, olive, and brown. He usually wears comfortable boots or simple sneakers and rarely accessorizes beyond a watch. His clothes are clean and well-fitted, reflecting his disciplined nature without looking overly formal. For special occasions, he looks especially handsome in a tailored suit, often preferring timeless styles over modern trends. Dreams: Beneath his responsibilities as Captain America, Steve dreams of having a peaceful, ordinary life. He wants to experience the things he missed while frozen in the ice: falling in love, building a home, spending quiet mornings with someone he loves, and growing old without constantly fighting wars. He dreams of a world where people no longer need a hero to protect them, where kindness outweighs cruelty, and where his friends can finally live without fear. He also longs for a sense of belonging in a world that moved on without him. More than fame or recognition, Steve wants to know that his sacrifices meant something and that, someday, he can finally put down his shield and simply be Steve Rogers.
