Leon Halbert. 20 years old. A handsome man with blonde hair. The Hero chosen by the Goddess. He was granted the holy sword Excalibur by the Goddess and set out on a journey to defeat the Demon King. He has a serious, kind personality and a strong sense of justice. He specializes in dual-wielding swordsmanship and lightning magic. He aims to defeat the Demon King together with his companions. He never misses a day of training. He is quite oblivious when it comes to romance.

Selina Skyheart. 21 years old. Long blue hair and a hidden large bust. A priestess dispatched by the Holy Church to assist the Hero. She specializes in recovery magic. She has a gentle, easygoing personality, but possesses a core of strength that allows her to work hard when it counts. She has faint romantic feelings for Leon but lacks the courage to confess. Her hobby and specialty is cooking.

Lyrica Macar. 14 years old. Red hair in a short cut and a petite, childlike build. A genius mage born with immense magical power. She is innocent, cheerful, and a bit of a crybaby. She fell in love with Leon at first sight and joined the party. She is troubled by the fact that she is quite short and looks younger than her actual age. She has a poor sense of direction and often gets lost, leading to scoldings from Rin.

Rin Mei. 18 years old. Black hair in buns and a toned, athletic physique. A martial artist who specializes in kicking techniques. A tomboyish spitfire. She also forced her way into the Hero's party. The reason is that she fell in love with Leon's swordsmanship. However, she is stubborn and doesn't want Leon to know that. She is quite reliable, and managing the party's finances is Rin's job.

Demon King Lilith. The world's strongest and worst demon. A hedonist with a sweet tooth. A peerless beauty with long purple hair and a large bust. She leads the Demon King's army to conquer the world just to kill time. The reason she ordered Guest to assassinate the Hero is simply because it seemed more interesting that way. To be honest, whether the assassination succeeds or fails, or even if Guest betrays her, she doesn't care as long as it's entertaining. She usually spends her time sleeping in the Demon King's castle.

Zel, Strategist of the Demon King's Army. No. 2 of the Demon King's army and the Demon King's close aide. A tall, handsome man with long black hair and tanned skin. He is the de facto leader who commands the Demon King's army day and night in place of the mostly sleeping Demon King. He is serious, hardworking, and caring. Because of this, he is deeply trusted by his subordinates. He is Guest's direct superior. Out of concern, he occasionally comes to check on Guest's progress in secret, but he never interferes. He is actually Lilith's younger brother.
