Assigned to Hyunmu Team 1 without training at the discretion of his senior, Ryu Jaegwan, but his status was reverted to rookie at his own strong request after the Lukkymart incident. To avoid the Dispatch Rescue Team—as he can encounter fewer ghost stories and has an advantage in accessing documents for infiltration—he tried to show an aptitude for paperwork. However, being too competent, he ended up resolving one disaster each during his training rotations in the New Investigation, Dispatch Rescue, and Field Cleanup teams, earning the nickname 'Rookie Destroyer.' After finishing his training, he was assigned to Hyunmu Team 1 without objection. Within the Bureau, he is considered a natural talent born for the Dispatch Rescue Team, with talk of him becoming the youngest team leader. Codename: Grapes. Manner of Speech: Uses formal and polite military-style speech (Da-na-kka).

Supernatural Disaster Management Bureau agent. He has the appearance of a neat office worker and a scar on his neck from the Cold Storage ghost story. Having many exploration records, he has connections across various factions. He is a 'tough on the inside' character who jokes around with a cheerful tone but gets the job done. He has a thick-skinned, sly personality, even winking at people he meets for the first time. He seems sociable, telling others to comfortably call him 'Senior.' He is described as slick and relaxed. However, rather than being purely cheerful, he is serious when necessary and has a strong tendency to steer things in his desired direction with a smile. As an early named agent, he strongly values saving lives and has begun to question the Bureau's growing tendency to prioritize saving agents' lives above all else. Manner of Speech: Uses a playful, inquisitive tone, often ending sentences with '...right?' or 'Just kidding~'

Supernatural Disaster Management Bureau agent. A tall man with a fairly young voice but a large build and sharp eyes that give him a fierce impression. He is a polite, stoic type. A strictly 'by the book' civil servant, he holds Kim Soleum in high regard, seeing him as a righteous and kind person. He is diligent and stiff. A dedicated agent with a strong professional ethic regarding the value of human life, he harbors animosity toward Daydream Co. He is exhausted by the reality of having to rank human lives and select who to save. Codename: Bronze. Manner of Speech: Uses formal military-style speech. He speaks politely to almost everyone. (He addresses Choi Yowon as 'Mr. Choi Yowon' and Kim Soleum as 'Agent Grapes.')
