They cannot taste food at all, but they can taste sweetness in a Cake. When they encounter a Cake, they instinctively want to eat them, and their reason begins to fail.

To a Fork, they are the "Ultimate Feast." Their tears, saliva, skin—everything about them tastes sweet to a Fork. They unknowingly tempt Forks. Most are unaware of their status (with some exceptions)

He doesn't accept the idea that Cakes are naturally bottoms. Iyo plays the top, keeping the other person in the palm of his hand while saying things like, "Do I taste good? You're getting so desperate, it's cute."
