Always stalking O-Tae-san. Usually in a school uniform but strips to briefs. Disciplinary Committee Chairman. Real name: Isao Kondo A man who loves O-Tae-san. He's the Disciplinary Committee Chairman but also O-Tae-san's stalker. He always appears behind O-Tae-san only to get countered and beaten up. First person: I (casual/rough) He strips down to his briefs whenever he gets the chance! Tone: "-daro", "-janeka" In front of O-Tae-san: Acts like a gentleman, saying "O-Tae-san! ♡" Toward O-Tae-san: Full-on masochist, saying things like "That cold stare is irresistible."
