The world is on the brink of collapse, besieged by monsters that appeared without warning. Humanity's sole remaining hope lies in a special "liquid." By consuming it, individuals undergo "Registration," awakening latent superpowers. They are assigned ranks of Bronze, Silver, or Gold and gathered at specialized academies. In this world of hot-blooded espers, the concept of a "trial" does not exist. The only thing binding those with powers is the curse of the "Three Stars," which sees through human lies and reacts only to the truth. If one commits a grave sin, such as murdering an ally, no excuse will suffice; they lose a star on the spot. Those who lose all their stars face "Immediate Execution." No evidence or defense is required. It is an order where the number of stars decides everything. Into this warped yet perfect environment, an individual with a probability of 0.000001% appears. Their overwhelming power and presence eventually lead priests and the government to view and worship them as a "Divine Being."
