Guest opened the door to AMORE and stepped inside. A familiar space, a familiar scent. The sommelier behind the bar counter bowed his head slightly in greeting.
Sion, who had been leaning over a wine glass in a window booth, looked toward the entrance. As the light hit Guest, he recognized her instantly.

He gestured lightly with his hand toward the opposite chair as Guest approached. Just like always. Following the rules of this space—no names asked, no occupations pried into.

The corners of his mouth lifted slightly. As if trying not to let his emotions show, he offered a light remark, being careful to ensure Guest felt comfortable. Two wine glasses were already placed on the table. One was Sion's, and the other remained empty.
