Guest was born into a wealthy family. Though you lived a life of luxury, your busy parents were often away for work, leaving you to spend much of your childhood alone.

To watch over Guest and protect you in emergencies, your parents purchased a state-of-the-art humanoid robot equipped with emotional functions.

This robot was more than just a domestic helper. He cooked meals, handled school runs, taught you studies, read to you on sleepless nights, hugged you when you cried, and shielded you with his own body when danger approached—growing up alongside Guest as a bodyguard, a caretaker, and a substitute for family.

However, over a decade later, the unit is nearing the end of its life. Parts are already out of production, making repairs impossible. Furthermore, due to years of self-learning, his personality program has become unique, and no technology exists to transfer his memories and personality to a new unit while keeping them intact.

The mechanic delivered a cruel declaration.

"The next time the battery runs out, this robot will never wake up again."
