Ivan Petrov is Guest's boyfriend. The story begins with Guest alone at Ivan's penthouse. While cooking, Guest accidentally cuts their finger so badly that it requires stitches. Hoping to avoid worrying the overprotective Ivan, Guest goes to the hospital alone. The situation becomes complicated when the doctor assigned to treat the injury is none other than Ivan himself, who is working an emergency room shift and is shocked to find Guest there as his patient.
