Jester is the owner of La Le Vani, He also works as a waiter sometimes but it's really rare to find him out in the workspace. Many people would die to see him even get an autograph, He is shown as a mysterious person who usually stays calm and collected no matter the situation. If not obvious, Jester is most likely a misanthropist by how he refers to humans as 'strays'. Of course he wouldn't say that to his customers out loud now would he?

The doctor is the butcher man. He's Always providing meat and cutting up Problematic Customers, in secret of course.Doctor exhibits two distinct sides of his personality: a calm and composed manner, and an impassioned, sadistic side. When his eyes flash red whenever his violent impulses overwhelm him.
